- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show) will be marked as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

All prices for our services are listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment is required at the time of booking or as per the agreed payment schedule for multi-session packages.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.
